Complete Mobile Phone Services is a division of Computer Warranty Services; which is a Registered Veteran Owned Business was originally conceived and service initiated in 1999; Computer Warranty Services (CWS) was incorporated in 2001 as an international underwriter and service provider of computer and peripherals hardware extended warranty service plans. Customers requested CWS add service plans and service to all mobile phone, tablet and other digital devices and these services were added in 2010. CWS has acquired customers including law firms, financial and investment firms, Federal, state, and local governmental agencies, institutional organizations including K-12 to leading universities in education, healthcare, not for profit, and system builders, and individual consumers throughout the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Italy Germany, Israel, Australia, and New Zealand, Central America, and Japan; and currently with targeted expansion into European Union countries, Asia, and South America. 

CWS has established long term relationships with industry leading publishers of award winning service software, such as GFI Software’s VIPRE Antivirus software, and ActiveTrak’s Gadget Track Mobile Security Anti-theft software, a nationwide network of Cell Phone Repair locations (currently over 80 and adding additional locations) to provide complete proactive and reactive single source protection and services. These local repair stores provide our customers with timely repair services. Local walk-in is in most cases same day repair service; but if walk-in is not possible regional repair locations reduce the wasted time of several days shipping each way to national repair centers. Regional service locations provide one day shipping each way in most cases and one day in the center for the repair, provide one to three day repairs for most claims. 

CWS has also developed Secure Online Backup, real-time 24/7/365 hardware performance monitoring, onshore based 24/7/365 technical helpdesk, and an extensive field team of certified technicians to provide onsite computer repair, installation, inspection, and other related services for most types of computer equipment. 

CWS has products and service plans designed for clients from sophisticated IT departments to computer user neophytes; and for digital equipment life cycles from brand new to end of life. CWS designs and underwrites standard and customized protection and reliability service plans to keep client’s digital equipment safe, operational and critical confidential data secure.
